Sumac Room is a new luxurious Turkish Mediterranean restaurant located in the heart of Milton Keynes in the Xscape building.

Among the magnificent colours and smells of The Spice Bazaar in Istanbul you’ll find a strikingly beautiful spice with a deep, rich burgundy colour. Sumac berries are dried and coarsely ground to produce a lemon-lime tartness which gives our traditional Turkish and Mediterranean recipes an exciting and unique lift.
